We recently made a complete measuring fixture for one of our customers in the northern part of Sweden.
It´s purpose is to measure the roundness/run out on axles.
The support sufaces on the V-block are equipped with polished diamond which makes it a fixed reference with reduced friction,
which in addition doesn´t leave any marks on the axles.
